Workshop 1 focused on resisting the urge to jump straight to the answer and understanding the problem first. Who is actually affected? What do they need? Does the proposed solution create something genuinely useful for them? 

Roséen interns were part of those conversations from the start, learning that a startup is rarely as fixed as it looks from the outside. Sometimes the useful outcome of a workshop is realising that an assumption doesn’t hold up, and changing course early enough to act on it.
