Class 2 participated in a challenging but rewarding expedition in the mountains. The weekend started with an intensive introduction to avalanche safety and transceivers on Saturday and culminated in an Avalanche scenario and challenge on Sunday. Thanks to their preparation and courageous spirit, all teams completed three victim recoveries within 8 minutes – no small feat for a group of novice rescuers.
