Château Reloaded brought teachers together outside the school year for two days of training, each choosing one of two strands: generative AI, covering assessment and subject-specific teaching tools, or positive discipline, in and out of the classroom. 

In the Positive Discipline strand, teachers tried their own phrases on themselves, looking at how to be firm and kind while leaving students free to learn from their own choices.

In the Generative AI strand, teachers brought an assignment of their own and reworked it with the new tools, testing what value these tools could add to their subject.
