Inspired by Laurie Stach’s talk at TEDxInstitutLeRosey in 2016, a group of Roséens decided to start up the entreprenuer@rosey club using resources provided by MIT in its LaunchX programme. After a term of intense discussions, surveys in Geneva and Lausanne and the creation of a value proposition, four teams met together in the biggest Makers Lab in the Suisse Romande to finalize their projects.  Shoes made entirely from recycled wine corks, a device to measure tap water consumption, toilet paper made from dead leaves collected on campus and special cigarette packets encouraging smokers to keep their cigarette stubs rather than throwing them to the ground — these were the projects that came to life in just an afternoon!
