The third workshop of the MITdesignX Le Rosey programme allowed Le Rosey students and start-ups to focus on  the mission and roles of the team, showing how effective collaboration supports the development of any project. Exercises on business models made it possible to verify whether their problem-solution fit held up in practice. 

The workshop highlighted a simple truth: the success of a project depends as much on how a team works as on the strength of the idea.
