Running a restaurant involves more than just cooking. As part of their Kitchen Classroom project, Class 5 Roséens designed and ran their own restaurant, taking responsibility for every stage of the experience. 

Working in teams, they developed original concepts and menus while managing practical constraints such as budgeting, ingredient sourcing, and service for guests.
