The Digital Literacy Specialist will be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of the school’s Digital Literacy program across year levels. This role combines curriculum innovation, direct teaching, and research-driven program development. In addition to building students’ digital and AI literacy, the Digital Literacy Specialist will collaborate with teachers to design and implement an innovative AI program that meaningfully integrates artificial intelligence into teaching and learning. This work will involve classroom visits, data collection and analysis, evaluation of outcomes, and iterative refinement to ensure the program is evidence-based and responsive to emerging technologies and learning needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and continually refine a comprehensive Digital Literacy curriculum for multiple year groups.
• Deliver engaging lessons and workshops that build students’ skills in digital and AI literacy.
• Assist with the design, development and delivery of an innovative AI program that supports teachers and students in using AI responsibly, creatively, and effectively.
• Develop guidelines, learning resources, and instructional strategies for meaningful AI integration in classrooms.
• Collaborate with teachers on curriculum planning, co-teaching, and instructional design using AI tools.
• Conduct classroom observations, teacher/student interviews, and data collection to understand the impact of AI-enhanced learning experiences.
• Analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to teachers in digital literacy and AI integration.
• Contribute to a culture of innovation, digital citizenship, and ethical technology use across the school community.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Education, Educational Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience designing and delivering Digital/AI Literacy or EdTech-related curricula in K–12 or similar educational settings.
• Experience supporting teachers in integrating technology or AI tools into instructional practice.
• Experience with research methods, including classroom observations, data collection, qualitative/quantitative analysis, and iterative program evaluation.
• Experience working in international or innovative school environments.

To support the development of technology skills and enthusiasm amongst students, we are seeking to appoint a passionate and forward-thinking Technology Teacher (100%) for September 2026.

About the role

The Technology Teacher position is designed to provide high-quality, dynamic instruction and coaching to students across various levels, enhancing their technical skills through a blend of practical, investigative, and theoretical methodologies. The TT will exhibit profound knowledge in the subject area, sparking student interest and creativity in both hands-on and academic aspects of technology education.

Main responsibilities

• Planning, delivering, and evaluating technology-related activities, lessons, and projects during academic periods and activity blocks across all our Academic Sections (8 to 18 years old).
• Taking on a dynamic role at the intersection of education, technology, engineering, and innovation, guiding students through two prestigious international competitions in biotechnology (iGEM) and mechanical/electrical engineering (Shell Eco Marathon)
• Holding office hours to assist students and teachers with technology projects and carry out tasks such as lab and equipment organization, inventory management, preparation for technology projects, report writing, internal grading, and equipment packing during campus transitions.

The role will include some curriculum development, as well as design, delivery, and coordination of innovative cross-curricular projects throughout the year.

In addition, the TT must be actively involved in the promotion of a Technovation mindset both for our staff and our students. They must also liaise with industry and academic professionals to assist with the development of a network that supports the school’s technology education goals.

Finally, the professional assuming this role must naturally stand out for their innovative mindset; they should be curious and forward thinking, open to testing new ideas, embrace mistakes as learning opportunities, be flexible and resilient in challenging times.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3-years Tech/STEM teaching/coaching experience.
• Confidence with leading advanced Stech/TEM Competitions/projects.
• Proficiency with a wide range of school technology equipment (3d printers, laser-cutters, CNC mills, Arduinos, VR and AR, simulations, educational robotics such as LEGO Mindstorms and VEX, CAD).
• Familiarity with a few commonly used programming languages (ex. Python) and the O365 suite.
• The ability to identify clear teaching objectives and specify how they will be effectively delivered and assessed.
• The ability to design age-appropriate tasks which challenge, engage and motivate students.
• The ability to co-operate with and support staff members to ensure the sharing and effective use of Technology resources to the benefit of the school and its students.
• The ability to think independently, adapt quickly, and manage complex, multidisciplinary projects from conception to execution.

To support the entrepreneur stream offered at our Summer Camps, we are seeking Entrepreneurship Intern/Stagiaire for Summer Camps, for six weeks (3rd July – 15 August 2026).

Stagiaire’s Duties

During the Summer Camps period (July and August 2026) the stagiaire will:

Assist with the Entrepreneurship Academy program each morning; Monday – Saturday:
– Support two teams of 4-5 camp participants as they identify a problem to solve, a solution to solve it, a prototype to demo it, and a pitch to present it.
– Provide hands-on feedback, explanations, encouragement, and support to campers

Work with Head of Entrepreneurship each afternoon to provide feedback on the morning and to refine planned daily activities accordingly.

Take part in the evening activities with the students and the rest of the team (optional)

Accompany students on external / off-campus expeditions (optional)

Qualifications:

• A recently completed bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Demonstrated interest and familiarity with startups; ideally first-hand experience as an entrepreneur and / or work experience in a startup team.
• Demonstrated strengths in leadership, teamwork, coaching.
• Experience in running entrepreneurship-related workshops, clubs, or after-school activities (desirable).
• Experience working with young people or in a school environment, especially international or bilingual contexts (desirable).

Institut Le Rosey is an English and French co-educational boarding IB World School for 440 pupils. With its Arts and Learning Centre, the Paul et Henri Carnal Hall, Le Rosey has a broad offering of artistic and sporting co-curricular activities. For September 2026, we are seeking a music interne/“stagiaire”.  

This is an outstanding opportunity for a recent music graduate who is proficient in one or more musical instruments, and who, ideally, has expertise in music technology. The post is open only to EU passport holders.  

The person appointed will: 

• assist and support the Artistic Director/Head of Music 
• Supervise instrumental practice sessions daily
• have administrative tasks and be comfortable with using Microsoft Excel 
• Ideally, have proficiency in music technology (music software, recording, sound production) and composition

For September 2026 (Full Time, Temporary – 10 months) we are seeking an art intern or “stagiaire”. Please note that following Swiss immigration law, only EU member countries passport holders, Swiss citizens or Swiss permit holders are eligible to apply.

The person appointed will:

• run arts activities during our afternoon Sports/Arts block (between 4.15pm-6.10pm)
• have expertise in one or more of the following areas: animation, photography, graphics, drawing, printmaking, web design and 3D work (in particular, working with laser cutters)
• assist with the classroom teaching in the two art rooms
• assist with the display of artwork in the PHCH
• be present in the PCHC between 8pm–10pm twice a week

To support the development of technology skills and enthusiasm amongst students, we are seeking a Technology “stagiaire” (intern) for 12 months (July 2026 – June 2027).

Stagiaire’s Duties

• Advise students and teachers in some of the following areas: Office 365, Digital Citizenship, applications of Artificial Intelligence in education, VR and AR.
• Design, organize and run technology activities during our afternoon or evening ACTIS block, in field such as Coding, CAD, AR/VR, AI, Game Dec, STEM or other engineering topics.
• Assist with teaching technology related lessons/projects/competitions (such as Product Design, Smart Cities, UX Design, Shell Eco Marathon) during the school day.
• Assist with teachers’ professional development during the school day.
• Organise and maintain tech equipment.
• If necessary, be present in the PHCH in the late afternoon and early evening and sometimes until 10.00 pm on a rota basis.
• If necessary, be available for Saturday morning duties.
• Become involved in the broader Technology activities of the Rosey community

During the Summer Camps period (July and August 2026) the stagiaire should:

• Assist with the Tech Academy program in the morning and 1 robotics activity in the afternoons on the weekdays.
• Prepare for the academic year and develop the skillset needed for all the classes/activities.
• Prepare technology projects and activities for the academic year in coordination with the Director of Educational Technologies.
• Take part in the evening activities with the students and the rest of the team (optional).
• Accompany students on weekend expeditions (optional).
• Have lunch/dinner with students (optional).

Qualifications

• A recently completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Digital Media, EdTech or a related field.
• Demonstrated interest and familiarity with emerging technologies (Robotics, AI in education, VR/AR, CAD, Game Dev. etc.).
• Practical experience or strong familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, especially in an educational context.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to support both students and teachers.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask across a variety of projects.
• Proficiency in English is required; French is a strong advantage.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including some evenings and weekends.
• Team spirit and willingness to get involved in school life beyond the classroom.
• Experience in running technology-related workshops, clubs, or after-school activities. (desirable)
• Experience working with young people or in a school environment, especially international or bilingual contexts. (desirable)

Le Rosey will provide

The Communications Department at Le Rosey is led by a Director, with a Senior Graphic Designer, a Digital Content Officer, and a Photo/Video Stagiaire. The Department is responsible for the communications needs of:

• Institut Le Rosey, including its summer camps in Gstaad and Rolle, and its satellite campus in Kenya
• Fondation Le Rosey, including the Rosey Concert Hall
• The commonwealth of ‘Rosey World’ schools

The Photo/Video Stagiaire should be:

• able to capture and edit multimedia content suitable for online and social media distribution
• competent in writing copy for online and social media distribution
• comfortable with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and video-editing tools (knowledge of other Adobe Creative Suite software is a plus)
• willing to learn from other roles in the department, including website management, print production and project management
• a native English speaker with working proficiency in French

The Photo/Video Stagiaire will undertake the following tasks:

• generating multimedia content
• ensuring that all key events are captured, either alone or with students’/teachers’ help, or for larger events by professionals
• curating and posting content on social media
• managing the multimedia gallery for parents during summer camps

The Photo/Video Stagiaire will assist with the following tasks:

• creating and updating various WordPress-based websites
• layout and in-house printing of day-to-day documents for the school and the camps
• building and maintaining the school’s media archive server

In return, Le Rosey will offer:

• A monthly payment of CHF 1,300

• Use of the school’s extensive sporting and artistic facilities
