Le Rosey cherche pour l’année scolaire 2026/2027 un stagiaire pour sa section des Cadets sur son Campus à Rolle – au bord du lac Léman – et en hiver dans la station de ski de Gstaad – dans les Alpes bernoises.

Le poste de stagiaire des cadets, interne (le stagiaire loge sur place), offre la possibilité de s’intégrer à cette communauté Cadets (élèves de 12 à 14 ans), en participant à l’encadrement de l’internat notamment par des activités, un accompagnement après les classes ou lors de week-end de groupe. Il pourra également assister la doyenne (responsable académique) lors de sorties pédagogiques ou événements pour toutes la sections.

Il s’adresse à un / une jeune adulte responsable et dynamique, bilingue français/anglais ou capable de s’exprimer dans ces deux langues, âgé/e d’au moins 20 ans, finissant des études universitaires dans le domaine de l’enseignement et désirant acquérir une expérience professionnelle dans ce domaine.

The primary mission of the role is to develop the pedagogical dimension of impact driven entrepreneurial projects with Rosey students and to lead the entrepreneurship academies of the Summer Camps. In support of this mission, and in order to create the best possible ecosystem, the role also includes responsibility for external relations within the startup world, as well as for the management of startups hosted on campus. The position reports to the Director General and works in close collaboration with the Academic Directors and/or the Summer Camps Directors, as well as with the Technovation department.

It is envisaged that the position may be shared between several part-time roles, notably between the Coaching and Hub parts.

I – Coaching

A/ Impact driven entrepreneurial projects for Rosey students

• Lead the MIT DesignX programme in the autumn for students: selection of participants, coaching, and presence during the four workshop weekends
• Responsibility for and coordination of entrepreneurial projects for cadets (ages 12 to 14), (including the restaurant and cinema projects)
• Responsibility for and coordination of the “Entrepreneurship Week”, organised over one week in the spring for an entire Grade cohort
• Organisation and lead facilitation of entrepreneurial clubs and extracurricular activities, including student participation in age-appropriate competitions
• Organisation of workshops and invitation of guest speakers, particularly in the spring
• Participation and/or organisation of trips with an entrepreneurial component
• Coordination and collaboration with other entrepreneurial projects to be developed, notably in connection with Service Learning

B/ Summer Camps

• In collaboration with the Summer Camps team, creation and teaching of an academy dedicated to entrepreneurship
• Organisation of external contributors and coordination of the programme as a whole

II – Impact Hub

Ideal candidate profile

• Self‑sufficient and able to represent the school with external partners
• Strong connections to start‑up networks, in Switzerland and/or internationally
• Experience within an incubator or hub

C/ External relations

• Management of the partnership with MIT DesignX, acting as Le Rosey’s point of contact for programme organisation, promotion, start‑up selection, monitoring, etc.
• Maintaining relationships with the various Swiss organisations promoting entrepreneurship
• Organisation of conferences or public events related to entrepreneurship, as well as the development of a programme of start‑up visits in the region
• Involvement of Le Rosey in one or two startup prizes or competitions (such as Mass Challenge), with the objective of hosting such events.
• Identification, motivation and hosting of three to five start‑ups in residence on campus, for periods ranging from three to eighteen months, for example in EdTech, FoodTech, SportsTech or ArtTech projects, for which presence on a school campus represents a strong added value. Organisation of interactions with Rosey students, for example through monthly updates, shared lunches, conferences or internships
• Creation and facilitation of a network of experts (legal, marketing, financial, etc.) willing to support the start‑ups, notably within the Rosey community

Institut Le Rosey is a dual-language (English and French) co-educational boarding IB World School for over 400 pupils with a unique two-campus system. To support the development of technology skills and enthusiasm amongst students, we are seeking to appoint a passionate and forward-thinking Technology Coach (100%) for September 2026.

About the role

The Technology Coach position is designed to provide high-quality, dynamic instruction and coaching to students across various levels, enhancing their technical skills through a blend of practical, investigative, and theoretical methodologies. The TC will exhibit profound knowledge in the subject area, sparking student interest and creativity in both hands-on and academic aspects of technology education.

Main responsibilities

• Planning, delivering, and evaluating technology-related activities, lessons, and projects during academic periods and activity blocks across all our Academic Sections (8 to 18 years old).
• Taking on a dynamic role at the intersection of education, technology, engineering, and innovation, guiding students through two prestigious international competitions in biotechnology (iGEM) and mechanical/electrical engineering (Shell Eco Marathon)
• Holding office hours to assist students and teachers with technology projects and carry out tasks such as lab and equipment organisation, inventory management, preparation for technology projects, report writing, internal grading, and equipment packing during campus transitions.

The role will include some curriculum development, as well as design, delivery, and coordination of innovative cross-curricular projects throughout the year.

In addition, the TC must be actively involved in the promotion of a Technovation mindset both for our staff and our students. They must also liaise with industry and academic professionals to assist with the development of a network that supports the school’s technology education goals.

Finally, the professional assuming this role must naturally stand out for their innovative mindset; they should be curious and forward thinking, open to testing new ideas, embrace mistakes as learning opportunities, be flexible and resilient in challenging times.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3-years STEM teaching/coaching experience.
• Confidence with leading advanced STEM Competitions/projects.
• Proficiency with a wide range of school technology equipment (3d printers, laser-cutters, CNC mills, Arduinos, VR and AR, simulations, educational robotics such as LEGO Mindstorms and VEX, CAD).
• Familiarity with a few commonly used programming languages (ex. Python) and the O365 suite.
• The ability to identify clear teaching objectives and specify how they will be effectively delivered and assessed.
• The ability to design age-appropriate tasks which challenge, engage and motivate students.
• The ability to co-operate with and support staff members to ensure the sharing and effective use of Technology resources to the benefit of the school and its students.

To support the development of technology skills and enthusiasm amongst students, we are seeking a Technology “stagiaire” (intern) for 12 months (July 2026 – June 2027).

Stagiaire’s Duties

• Advise students and teachers in some of the following areas: Office 365, Digital Citizenship, applications of Artificial Intelligence in education, VR and AR.
• Design, organize and run technology activities during our afternoon or evening ACTIS block, in field such as Coding, CAD, AR/VR, AI, Game Dec, STEM or other engineering topics.
• Assist with teaching technology related lessons/projects/competitions (such as Product Design, Smart Cities, UX Design, Shell Eco Marathon) during the school day.
• Assist with teachers’ professional development during the school day.
• Organise and maintain tech equipment.
• If necessary, be present in the PHCH in the late afternoon and early evening and sometimes until 10.00 pm on a rota basis.
• If necessary, be available for Saturday morning duties.
• Become involved in the broader Technology activities of the Rosey community

During the Summer Camps period (July and August 2026) the stagiaire should:

• Assist with the Tech Academy program in the morning and 1 robotics activity in the afternoons on the weekdays.
• Prepare for the academic year and develop the skillset needed for all the classes/activities.
• Prepare technology projects and activities for the academic year in coordination with the Director of Educational Technologies.
• Take part in the evening activities with the students and the rest of the team (optional).
• Accompany students on weekend expeditions (optional).
• Have lunch/dinner with students (optional).

Qualifications

• A recently completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Digital Media, EdTech or a related field.
• Demonstrated interest and familiarity with emerging technologies (Robotics, AI in education, VR/AR, CAD, Game Dev. etc.).
• Practical experience or strong familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, especially in an educational context.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to support both students and teachers.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask across a variety of projects.
• Proficiency in English is required; French is a strong advantage.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including some evenings and weekends.
• Team spirit and willingness to get involved in school life beyond the classroom.

For August 2026, Institut Le Rosey is seeking a full-time English-speaking teacher of IB Diploma Global Politics.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to teach secondary school classes (equivalent to middle and high school). Our ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the International Baccalaureate (or similar) diploma program, as well as proven success at teaching a middle years curriculum (eg MYP, iGCSE or equivalent). The ability to teach middle school History, is a strong advantage.

The Humanities department is large, busy and successful. We offer IB Diploma subjects at Higher and Standard Level in: History (offered in English and French), Economics, Geography and the Theory of Knowledge course. For 2026, we may launch a Standard Level Psychology course.

The candidate must be able to teach Global Politics in English in a way that supports students in achieving academic excellence. They should be capable of stimulating students’ learning, guiding their academic and personal development while fostering diversity and a culture of excellence. As part of a bilingual department, the ability to speak French would be an asset.

The Communications Department at Le Rosey is led by a Director, with a Senior Graphic Designer, a Digital Content Officer, and a Photo/Video Stagiaire. The Department is responsible for the communications needs of:

• Institut Le Rosey, including its summer camps in Gstaad and Rolle, and its satellite campus in Kenya
• Fondation Le Rosey, including the Rosey Concert Hall
• The commonwealth of ‘Rosey World’ schools

The Photo/Video Stagiaire should be:

• able to capture and edit multimedia content suitable for online and social media distribution
• competent in writing copy for online and social media distribution
• comfortable with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and video-editing tools (knowledge of other Adobe Creative Suite software is a plus)
• willing to learn from other roles in the department, including website management, print production and project management
• a native English speaker with working proficiency in French

The Photo/Video Stagiaire will undertake the following tasks:

• generating multimedia content
• ensuring that all key events are captured, either alone or with students’/teachers’ help, or for larger events by professionals
• curating and posting content on social media
• managing the multimedia gallery for parents during summer camps

The Photo/Video Stagiaire will assist with the following tasks:

• creating and updating various WordPress-based websites
• layout and in-house printing of day-to-day documents for the school and the camps
• building and maintaining the school’s media archive server

In return, Le Rosey will offer:

• Accommodation on our Rolle campus
• A monthly payment of CHF 1,300
• Meals and laundry facilities
• Use of the school’s extensive sporting and artistic facilities
