For August 2026 Institut Le Rosey, one of the world’s most international and prestigious boarding schools, is seeking a passionate and dynamic Theatre Teacher to join our Performing Arts Department. The successful candidate will teach both IB Theatre and Lower School Drama, inspiring creativity, confidence, and collaboration in our students aged 8 to 18. The ability to offer another subject will be an advantage.

The candidate must be able to teach theatre in English in a way that supports students in achieving academic excellence. The Role

• Teach IB Theatre (Standard and Higher Levels) within the IB Diploma Programme.
• Teach Pre-IB and Lower School drama courses that foster creativity, imagination, and performance skills.
• Direct whole-school performances and support student productions, working closely with our arts and technical team and using our state-of-the-art Performing Arts Centre in the Paul and Henri Carnal Hall.
• Encourage students to explore theatre as both an academic and artistic discipline, developing skills in performance, direction, design, and critical reflection.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school, including clubs, activities, cultural events and trips.

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds a degree in Theatre, Performing Arts, or a related field, with relevant teaching qualification(s).
• Has experience teaching IB Theatre, or a willingness to train in the IB curriculum.
• Demonstrates a strong track record of directing student productions and fostering a love of performance.

For August 2026, Institut Le Rosey is seeking a full-time English-speaking mathematics teacher, due to the retirement of one of our long-serving colleagues. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to teach secondary school classes (equivalent to middle and high school). Our ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the International Baccalaureate diploma program, as well as proven success at teaching a middle years curriculum (eg MYP, iGCSE or equivalent). Our school offers all four subject options for mathematics at IB diploma level, and our ideal candidate would have the ability to teach at least two of these courses.

WINTER SPORT ASSISTANT INTERN AT INSTITUT LE ROSEY

From Friday 9 January to SATURDAY 14 March 2026 Le Rosey is looking to recruit a Winter Sport Assistant Intern for the incoming academic year (2025-26) based in Gstaad, Canton Bern in Switzerland.

The role of the Winter Sport Assistant will be to organise and lead afternoon sport activities. You will be expected to commit to our long-standing tradition of winter sports in skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, figure skating, and ice hockey.

Experience Applicants for the role will have 1-3 years of experience working with children (age 8- 16), such as summer camps, sports clubs, schools etc.

It is important that applicants can demonstrate their ability to create, organise and lead different sport activities, as well as showing flexibility in terms of these and their schedule.

Education: Bachelor in Physical Education and Sport

Languages: English (professional working proficiency) French/German (elementary proficiency)

Additional: Driving license cat. B, IT skills (video montage, slideshow creation)

The school offers full accommodation, meals in the canteen and laundry on campus. During the 2nd term in Gstaad, the stagiaire will have a season ski pass. Winter ski jacket,  financial compensation of 1,300.- per month gross. Transport contribution worth CHF 400, tax-free.

The Communications Department at Le Rosey is led by a Director, with a Senior Graphic Designer, a Digital Content Officer, and a Photo/Video Stagiaire. The Department is responsible for the communications needs of:

• Institut Le Rosey, including its summer camps in Gstaad and Rolle, and its satellite campus in Kenya
• Fondation Le Rosey, including the Rosey Concert Hall
• The commonwealth of ‘Rosey World’ schools

The Photo/Video Stagiaire should be:

• able to capture and edit multimedia content suitable for online and social media distribution
• competent in writing copy for online and social media distribution
• comfortable with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and video-editing tools (knowledge of other Adobe Creative Suite software is a plus)
• willing to learn from other roles in the department, including website management, print production and project management
• a native English speaker with working proficiency in French

The Photo/Video Stagiaire will undertake the following tasks:

• generating multimedia content
• ensuring that all key events are captured, either alone or with students’/teachers’ help, or for larger events by professionals
• curating and posting content on social media
• managing the multimedia gallery for parents during summer camps

The Photo/Video Stagiaire will assist with the following tasks:

• creating and updating various WordPress-based websites
• layout and in-house printing of day-to-day documents for the school and the camps
• building and maintaining the school’s media archive server

In return, Le Rosey will offer:
