24 Sep Honour Trip to Silicon Valley
Since 2007 an average of two Honour Trips a year have offered the chance for small groups of students to enjoy exceptional educational trips during term time. Honour and Highest Achievement students (that is to say those who will catch up with missed class work) have sailed on the Aegean just off the Turkish coast, discussed religious conflict in the Holy Land, studied the environment in the Caribbean, and been on Eco-safari to the land of the Maasai in Kenya. This October sees a new and exciting destination: nine students will study innovation and start-ups in Silicon Valley. As well as visiting Apple and Stanford University, they will be putting together their own start-up plan.
